TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks (1 c.) butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil. Pour in bowl and add flour, sugar and salt. Beat well and add eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Pour batter into greased and floured 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet (or other shallow pan) and bake in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes.

Frosting:

1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. milk
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add confectioners sugar, vanilla and nuts. Spread frosting on top of cake. Freezes well.
