TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna, drained
1 can French fried onions
3/4 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/4 green pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup

Combine 1/2 can of the fried onions with the other ingredients. Place in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle remaining onions on top. Bake 5 minutes more. Serves 4-5.
