POTATO SALAD 
6 potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. Nance mustard (optional)

Toss and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
