ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/3 c. sesame seed
1/3 c. butter
1 head finely chopped cabbage
3 or 4 green onions, sliced thin
Salad dressing (see below)

Crush noodles (remove seasoning packet) and saute them uncooked in the butter until light brown. Add almonds and sesame seed saute 1 or 2 minutes longer. Drain on paper towel to stay crunchy. Put cabbage in large bowl, toss noodle mixture with cabbage and onion. Just before serving toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Pepper to taste

Combine dressing ingredients in jar and shake well.
