CHICKEN CARUSO AND RICE 
2 chicken breasts, cut in thin strips
Garlic salt and pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. sliced celery
3 c. hot cooked rice

Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Saute in butter 2 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add celery and continue cooking until celery is tender. Serve over rice.
