CHICKEN AND PASTA | |
2 lbs. chicken breast 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1 (16 oz.) bag Birds Eye fresh farm mixtures broccoli, cauliflower and carrots 1 (7 oz.) box spaghetti noodles 1 jar or can of pasta sauce 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese 1. Cut chicken into chunks. Stir fry chicken and mushrooms. 2. Cook fresh farm mixture according to directions on bag. 3. Cook noodles until done. 4. When chicken and vegetables are done mix them together. 5. Arrange chicken and vegetables on top of noodles on a platter. 6. Cover with the pasta sauce and the cheese. 7. Microwave until cheese is melted (about 2 minutes). |
