BARBECUED MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. oatmeal
2 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. mustard

Combine meat, seasoning, milk, and oatmeal. Shape into balls and brown on all sides in fat. Place meat balls in a casserole. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat balls. Cover. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
