SPINACH CREPES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. spinach, cooked
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 can cheese soup
1/4 c. milk
1 can marinara sauce

Brown meat. Add the onion and cook until tender. Cook spinach as per directions on package. Add seasonings to meat mixture. Add cooked spinach and simmer 15 minutes, covered. Add mixture to crepes and top with either the cheese soup or marinara sauce.

Cheese Soup Topping: Combine soup and 1/4 cup milk. Heat to boiling and simmer 2 minutes.

Crepe Batter: Beat together 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup milk and 1 egg. Add 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls into hot crepe pan. Spin batter to cover bottom of pan. Cook until light brown. Turn and brown on other side.
