RACHEL'S RECIPE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. Corn Flakes
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. chocolate chips

In a saucepan, heat brown sugar, peanut butter and corn syrup until it melts, then add the two cereals. Mix well and pat into a 9 by 13 inch pan. Refrigerate to harden. Then mix together the butter, powdered sugar, pudding and milk (using more milk if needed to make a soft mixture). Spread this over the first mixture-refrigerate again for a few minutes.

In the meantime, melt the chips and spread over top. Cut and store in refrigerator.
