CORN FRITTERS 
1 c. pancake mix
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
20 oz. can whole kernel corn

Mix first 3 ingredients; add drained corn. Drop by teaspoons into hot oil. Cook until golden brown on each side. Serve with honey or syrup. Excellent with fried chicken. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
