PUMPKIN PECAN BREAD 
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, pumpkin, salad dressing, milk and eggs until well blended. Add to combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Fold in pecans. Pour into greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Makes 1 loaf.
