EGG CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Mix eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and nutmeg. Pour in pie shell and cook for 45 minutes at 350°F. the unbaked pie crust may be put in hot oven and baked 3 to 5 minutes to help prevent a soggy crust.
