RUM CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dark rum
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

GLAZE:

4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. water
1/4 c. dark rum

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan.

CAKE: Mix together all cake ingredients except nuts. Layer pan with 1/2 nuts, then 1/2 batter, then rest of nuts, then rest of batter. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
