DOUG'S MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 (16 oz.) box macaroni shells
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk
4 c. water

Bring water to rapid boil, add macaroni shells. Cook until tender. Drain. Slice Velveeta cheese and add to shells. Stir in milk as needed until cheese is melted. Serve.
