WESTERN RANCH CHICKEN DINNER 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 cut up frying chicken
2 tsp. paprika
1 recipe biscuits or 1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper bag. Put butter in an oblong pan 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch and set in oven to melt.

Shake 3 to 4 pieces of chicken at a time in bag to coat thoroughly. Place chicken, skin-side-down, in a single layer in hot butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn skin-side-up and bake 15 minutes more. Then push chicken to one end of pan.

Place biscuits in single layer on other end. Bake another 15 minutes, or until biscuits are lightly browned and chicken is tender.
