TUNA HOT DISH | |
1 c. uncooked rice 1 1/2 c. carrots, shredded 2 cans (7 oz.) tuna OR salmon 5 or 6 eggs, slightly beaten Cook rice in salted water until tender. Put all together in buttered casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake 45 minutes. Serve with cream sauce or chicken soup. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 12. |
