SOPAPILLAS (Indian Bread) | |
2 c. flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. salt 2/3 c. milk Blend dry ingredients and add milk. Knead for 3 minutes. Roll out half dough in 9 x 12 inch shape and cut in 3 x 3 inch squares (1/4 inch thick). Fry in hot oil (about 1 1/2 inch deep). Roll in cinnamon and sugar after fried. |
