INDIAN FRIED BREAD 
2 c. wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. dry milk
1 c. warm water
Oil for deep frying

Combine flour (may use white flour also), baking powder, dry milk and water. Stir only until blended. Make 2 inch balls. Roll into 1/4 inch thick circles. Cut in half and split slightly. Fry until light brown. Serve with butter and honey, salsa or cheese.
