EASY OVEN STEW 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2-3 lb. stew meat
1/2 can water
2-3 potatoes, peeled
3-4 carrots
1 lb. green beans
3-4 sliced zucchini, optional

Place first 5 ingredients in large Dutch oven or oven proof casserole. Place in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees, covered. Add vegetables and continue cooking for another 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are done. Serve with Irish soda bread or beer bread. Sometimes I add 1/2 cup of red wine instead of water.
