HAM LOAF 
1 lb. cured ham, ground
1 1/2 lb. fresh ham, ground
1 c. bread crumbs, toasted
1 c. sweet milk
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. mustard

Combine ingredients and shape into loaf. Place in roaster and pour over loaf the sauce. Place in oven. Bake at 325 degrees about 2 hours. Baste every 30 minutes. Serves about 10. Delicious cold also.
