HALF AND HALF MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cocoa (chocolate milk kind)
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts (opt.)
1/2 egg
6 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sour cream
Powdered sugar

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Divide mixture into 2 small bowls. Stir cocoa and nuts into one.

In large measuring cup mix egg, milk, butter and sour cream well. Add 1/2 liquid to each portion dry ingredients. Stir just until moist. Spoon 2 tablespoon of each side by side in each well greased muffin tin, 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
