LASAGNE 
2 (28 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 onions, chopped
Garlic, bell pepper, green onions, sugar, salt, pepper, sweet basil & oregano to taste
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 pkg. lasagne noodles (cook according to pkg. directions)
1/4 lb. each Parmesan, Romano, cheddar & Mozzarella cheese

Brown seasonings, add meat and brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Cook 2 hours. Fifteen minutes before finished cooking, add chunk of garlic cheese and mix. Layer noodles, sauce and 4 different grated cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
