ORANGE - COCONUT BALLS 
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, concentrate
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Baker's angel flake coconut

Blend thoroughly first four ingredients. Gradually add enough orange juice to achieve desired consistency. Shape into balls about the size of a walnut. Roll each ball in coconut. Store in a covered can in refrigerator or freezer. Coconut balls will keep almost indefinitely in freezer in a tightly sealed container.
