AUNT EMMA KIMBERLY'S LEMON CREAM
PIE
 
4 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
2 lemons (juice)
Rind peel of 1 lemon
1 pt. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour

Mix sugar and flour. Add milk and beaten egg yolks, lemon juice, butter and lemon rind. Cook in double boiler until thick.

Pour into 9 inch baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown. If this is doubled it makes 3 pies.
