BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS 
5 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. FRANK'S® Louisiana hot sauce (12 oz. bottle)
4 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried basil

Fry wings in salad oil until brown. Melt butter, add salad dressing mix, hot sauce, lemon juice; pour over wings in casserole. Can be made and frozen ahead. Thaw, heat in 325 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Serves 30.
