MOCK WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook flour and milk until thick and cool. Beat other ingredients until smooth and add milk and flour mixture (cooled first). Continue beating until ready to spread. DO NOT UNDERBEAT!
