HAM AND EGG QUICHE 
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2 lb. chopped ham

Mix milk, mayonnaise, eggs and cornstarch. Blend well. Add other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in prepared pie shell in a 375°F oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until done.

Canadian bacon or breakfast bacon can be substituted for ham. One-half cup sliced ripe olives can be added for different flavor, if desired.
