TACOS 
3 lb. taco meat or 5 lb. pork butt, chopped in sm. pieces
1 qt. tomatoes, drained
1 can tomato paste and 1 can water
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. red crushed pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Put meat in large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to boil then simmer until done (pink color disappears). Drain water. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, garlic salt, cumin, red pepper, salt, and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes. Spoon onto soft or hard taco shells, topped with taco or cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
