ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter (melt)
1/4 c. oil
1 3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Cream butter, oil, sugar, eggs, salt, and sour milk. Add oil. Add zucchini. Add vanilla. Put all spices in flour. Also cocoa. Sift over creamed mixture. Mix well. Put in 9x11 pan (greased). Bake 40-45 minutes, 325 degree oven. Serves 24-30.
