PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 lg. can Carnation milk
2 eggs
9 inch single crust
Unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients and slowly add milk until well blended. Add to unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven (at 425 degrees) for 15 minutes then lower to 350 degrees for 35 minutes until firm.
