BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread (buttered on both sides)
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Remove crust from bread. Butter bread, place bread in a 13x9x2 baking dish (greased). Cook sausage until brown, crumble, drain well, spoon over bread, sprinkle with cheese.
