BEST STEAK 
2 - 3 lb. thin sliced round steak or cube steak; cut in pieces to be breaded
Flour
Slightly beaten eggs
Cracker crumbs
1 slice onion
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Coat steak with flour then dip in eggs; then coat with cracker crumbs. Brown in a little oil on both sides, add 1 slice onion. Cover with soup and water. Bake 350 degrees 2 hours.
