1 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
Corn or peas (optional)
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May take a little longer.
