1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 can La Choy chow mein noodles
1 can La Choy chop suey vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped

Brown meat and onion. Add soup and vegetables. Simmer 20 minutes. Add noodles to top and broil until brown.
