GERMAN CABBAGE SALAD 
Chop fine:

1 head cabbage
1 lg. onion
1/2 green pepper
1 tbsp. pimiento

Mix:

1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. salt

Combine all ingredients, pack in jar and refrigerate 24 hours before using. Will keep very well in refrigerator for a couple of months.
