RHUBARB MERINGUE PIE 
4 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. flour
Boiling water

MERINGUE:

2 egg whites
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Pour water over rhubarb and let stand while making crust. Mix sugar, flour, and egg yolk. Add rhubarb and pour into crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes. Mix meringue; put on top and bake until brown.
