CRAWFISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crawfish
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/4 stick butter
1 box frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Tony Chachere's seasoning
Rice, cooked

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Cook broccoli. Heat soup and Cheez Whiz. Add to vegetables the soup and crawfish. Season to taste. Add rice and pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
