GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 chicken breast
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 c. melted butter

Bone chicken breasts and remove skins. Cut meat into bite size pieces.

Combine crumbs, cheese and seasonings; mix well. Dip chicken pieces into butter; then roll in crumb mixture.

Place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10- 15 minutes. Yield: 50 bite size pieces.
