HAMBURGER PIE 
2 lb. ground round, extra lean
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can string beans
2 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
6 lg. potatoes
1 egg

Brown hamburger until browned. Add string beans. Stir in stewed tomatoes. Let simmer 15 minutes. Meanwhile peel and cut up potatoes. Boil until done. Mash potatoes with egg and enough milk to be smooth. Pour hamburger mixture into large casserole. Top mixture with mashed potatoes, leaving an open space in center of dish for air to escape. Bake until bubbling, 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
