TURKEY CHOWDER 
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
6 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. beer (your favorite)

Cook celery, carrots and onions in butter in saucepan until barely tender. Remove from heat and stir in flour and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until thickened.
