DREAM CHEESE CAKES 
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sugar
5 eggs

Line 1 1/2 inch muffin pans with fluted cups. Cream cheese with vanilla. Add sugar and eggs, beat well. Spoon 1 tablespoon mixture into each cup. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until top cracks slightly.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Red and green candied cherries

Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spoon a small amount of topping onto each cake. Bake 5 minutes. Cool on racks and decorate with cherries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
