SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 loaf white bread, frozen
5 hard-boiled eggs, diced
Approximately 1 pt. mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, finely diced
1/2 c. celery, thinly diced
1/4 to 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat, chopped

Take frozen bread and decrust. Then butter all pieces (1 side only). Then cube. Add diced onions. Let refrigerate together for a couple hours for flavor. Then add all remaining ingredients 4 hours before serving. Refrigerate until served.

NOTE: The crusts can be frozen and saved for bread crumbs, cubes or dressing.
