EASY PECAN LOGS 
2 c. marshmallow creme
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
2 tbsp. whipping cream
Pecans

Combine first 4 ingredients. Shape into rolls 3 inches long and 3/4 inch in diameter. Place rolls onto cookie sheet, cover with wax paper and freeze very hard. Melt caramels with whipping cream. Dip frozen logs into melted caramels and roll into pecans.
