HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut up
2 c. diced celery
2/3 c. (3 oz.) slivered almonds
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. finely chopped onion

Mix all ingredients. Spread in 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with 1 cup crushed potato chips and 1 cup grated sharp cheese. Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 25 minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK.
