4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Lemon to mix with apples
2 to 3 c. apples
1/4 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients together and place in greased and floured pan. Place apples on top in decorative manner and sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
