DRIZZLE TOPPED BROWNIES | |
1 1/4 c. all-purpose biscuit baking mix 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips or miniature chips Quick Vanilla Glaze (recipe follows) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. In medium bowl, combine baking mix, sugar, and cocoa; mix with spoon or fork until thoroughly blended. Add butter, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Drizzle Quick Vanilla Glaze over cooled brownies. Cut into bars. Quick Vanilla Glaze: In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 tablespoon water, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract; blend well. |
