HAMBURGER BISCUIT CUPS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Pinch of salt
12 refrigerated ready to bake canned biscuits
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild shredded cheddar cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Mix in barbecue sauce, onion, brown sugar, and salt. Press each biscuit into the cup of a muffin pan, making sure dough goes up the sides of the cup. Spoon meat mixture into biscuits and sprinkle tops with cheese Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
