EASY PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
1 can (12 fluid oz.) Pet evaporated milk or light evaporated skimmed milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 deep dish or 2 reg. Pet-Ritz pie crusts

1. Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees.

2. In large bowl with a wire whisk combine first 6 ingredients. Place pie crust(s) on baking sheet.

3. Pour filling into pie crust(s). Bake 70 minutes (45 minutes for regular crusts) or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Garnish with whipped topping. Makes 8 servings (12 with regular crusts).

NOTE: If making deep dish pie, approximately 1/4 cup of filling will not fit into the crust.
