EASY PUMPKIN PIE 
Unbaked pie crust, brushed with melted butter
1 c. cooked, mashed, drained pumpkin
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 or 2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter

Mix all together in top of double boiler. Bring to a slow boil, stirring and to keep smooth. Pour in crust. Bake until golden brown at 350 to 400 degrees.
