1 lb. hamburg
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. beef broth & 1/2 c. water
3 c. uncooked noodles

Brown meat and onion, blend in soup and sour cream. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. COVER and cook at low heat until noodles are soft.
